I love Chinese New Year. Seriously. Its the time whereby you can gamble LEGALLY at home with a bunch of lovelies. LOL! Okie that's not the point, but somehow its a tradition whereby everybody will not pick up a fight or quarrel at home (at least this applies to my family) during Chinese New Year. Such a jovial occasion for my family luh. I love it. =) And i got to eat steamboat! Awesome to the max! But steamboat for 4 days consecutively is not really that cool right. ^-^"

At least i got to eat my favourite clams. XD

Lovely Chinese New Year Breakfast. *Thumbs up

Another thing to happy about during CNY is collecting angbows! Haha.. When i was young, i used to collect chunks of angbows from my relatives, but as i grow older, my family went on lesser house visiting.. So.. my angpow collection is not really in chunks anymore. Lol! I used to open the red packets and compare the amount given by different people, and conclude that the one that gives more are those dearly ones who dote on me (cos im more "worthy" to them. Lmao~) and the one that gives very little are simply plain stingy. That was what i thought when i was still a child. Oops. That is really really very wrong.

As i grow older, of cos wisdom grows too. ^-^
I understand that different people earn different amount of penny, and money isnt something that you can use to weigh a person's good or bad. Angpow is not given as a mean for extra cash for the year, it represents a person's sincerity and blessing. Its something more than what i can earn from money. So i will be very elated to receive red packets from the lovely ones, even if its just a two bucks inside, it definitely worth more than that. =)

Two more days of wkends.. wOo!

Ultimately, its the thought that counts... =)
